To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging within 7 days after delivery. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To process please follow these simple steps:
1. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and list the following information:
Name, order number, item(s) you wish to return/exchange.
Suggestion: We strongly suggest including the tracking number of the package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.
2. Ship item(s) you are returning to the following address:
Depending on the shipping method selected, your return may take several days to reach us. Please allow 5-7 days to process you store credit once it is received to the address listed above. Please note you will be responsible for shipping cost when returning items.
- Once we receive your items, we will send you an email with an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s)minus the shipping charge or discount codes if applicable.
- E-Gift Cards can be used towards your exchange or future online purchases. Simply enter the E-Gift Card number at checkout.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
